A past in the future
This novel is the second installment of the Trilogy that
began with ‘A future in the past’ and that takes its generic
name from this first title.
The time traveler David Goodwill returns this time to
his future, thirteen years and a few months later than on his
previous trip.
His efforts to discover and understand the reasons for
this delay will lead him to risky situations in which his
enemies will try to take advantage.
The relationship with his partner Jennifer will be also
modulated and conditioned by Evelyn, their daughter, in her
adolescent desire to understand the complicated world in
which they have had to live.
‘A past in the future’ has de difficult task of being the
common thread between the first and the third novels of the
Trilogy, standing out for its plot linearity.
