surgeon surprises us with another specialty of his. What I’m
not so sure is how Howard will have planned and organized
the meeting and I’m not talking about who cooked the
food.”
“And how should I understand that?”
“I’m not sure Frederick Newmann is aware of
everything that’s happened to me and where I have come
from.”
“I told him about you myself last Friday at my annual
checkup.”
“But I’m sure you didn’t tell him anything about where
I came from.”
“No, of course not.”
“And that makes me think that Howard Moore has
very cleverly waited after your annual checkup when you
would almost certainly tell your esteemed doctor about me,
and thus, my presence will no longer be a surprise at the
first moment,”
